How can I care for my jewellery piece?

Whilst 14k gold fill is a high quality product, it still needs to tender care to ensure it'll last a long time.

1. Keep it away from strong chemicals, lotions, perfume, corrosive liquids. These can damage or even destroy our product.

2. Sunscreens, lotions, creams can collect in between the links of bracelets and necklaces and should be gently removed by gentle scrubbing using a soft toothbrush and warm water in between the links of bracelets and necklaces.

When to take off my jewellery?

You should take off your jewellery if you are engaging in any dangerous activities such as water sports, contact sports and operating heavy machinery. Do not wear your jewellery in hot spas, saunas, swimming pools as the chemicals can damage the metal in your jewellery piece.

Warranty and Lifetime guarantee

What is Lifetime guarantee?

We believe in the durability of our product so much we are willing to guarantee for life that our 14k gold fill jewellery range will never tarnish.

In the event that you believe the jewellery is tarnishing - we will replace your piece with a brand new piece or refund you the original amount you paid.

To claim the lifetime guarantee:

1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@bond2you.com.au and ensure you have receipt and confirmation of your purchase

2. Send photos: Send us photos of your tarnished piece so we can make an assessment.

3. Validate: Once the BOND2YOU team have validated your jewellery. We will initiate a new piece to be sent to you or refunded.

4. New jewellery or refund: If the validation is accepted, you will get to pick the same piece of jewellery or similar item at the same cost (should the original item be discontinued) or refund for the original amount paid. Should you pick a new jewellery, the lifetime guarantee applies to the new piece.

Lifetime guarantee does not cover

  • The loss of a product or part of a product
  • Failure on your part to follow provided care instructions
  • Chain or findings pulling/stretching
  • Chain breakage, unless caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Wear and tear with every day use or improper care

Do my products come with warranty?

We offer 30 day warranty period to ensure perfection of your jewellery.

If you received a product you believe is faulty, please send photos to hello@bond2you.com.au as soon as possible, so our team can make an assessment.

Our team ensure that the products are sent in perfect condition before being shipped out.

> You must initiate your return within the 30 day warranty period.

Warranty does not cover:

Our orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped by AusPost.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Within Australia -

Estimated shipping times:

Standard post: 2-7 business days - $11

Express post: 1-5 business days - $15

If you live outside a metro area, then these times may vary.

Outside Australia -

Pricing varies according to country. Delivery can take up to 4 weeks through Australia Post. We will process your order within 3-5 business days; we are not responsible for how long Australia Post takes to deliver your item. If your parcel goes missing after delivery, please contact Australia Post directly.

Refund policy

We want you to love your bracelet. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions for Refund:

1. Unused and Unworn: The jewellery must be in its original condition, unworn, and free from any signs of use.

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. Original Packaging: Please return the bracelet in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.

Refund Process:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at hello@bond2you.com.au within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

2. Return Confirmation: We'll provide you with instructions on where to send the bracelet and any necessary forms to complete the return.
