Shipping policy
Once orders are received they are processed within 3 to 5 business days for processing and dispatch. Shipping rates are based on estimated order weight. All orders contain a tracking number. Delivery guidelines are below.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA -
Free shipping for orders over $80.
Standard post: 2-7 business days - $11
Express post: 1-5 business days - $15
If you live outside a metro area, then these times may vary.
OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA -
Pricing varies according to country. Delivery can take up to 4 weeks through Australia Post. We will process your order within 3 to 5 business days; we are not responsible for how long Australia Post takes to deliver your item. If your parcel goes missing after delivery, please contact Australia Post directly.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -
- Customers are liable for return postage costs of items, except when faulty.
- Customers are responsible for verifying their postal addresses, especially when using third party payment providers at checkout.
- The return/exchange/refund process may take up to 30 days.
- The shipping costs of the initial order are non-refundable.
